To grant someone access to Facebook Ads Manager, follow these steps, albeit this may not be the best way:
1. Go to ‘Settings’ in Business Manager.
2. Under People, click on ‘+ Add.’
3. Enter the person’s email address.
4. Choose ‘Ad Account’ under ‘Add Role’ and define their level of access: Ad Account Admin, Ad Account Advertiser, or Ad Account Analyst.
5. Click on ‘Next’ to save changes.
However, I’d argue it may not always be the best idea to give someone direct access to your Ads Manager. Instead, you could share necessary information via reports or walk them through the process in a shared screen meeting. This approach can limit potential costly mistakes or breaches in privacy.
To give someone access to your Facebook Ads Manager, you need to follow a few simple steps. First, you will need to go to your Business settings in the Facebook Ads Manager. Under the ‘Users’ section, click on ‘People.’ Then, click on the blue ‘+Add’ button. Now, you can enter the email address of the person you want to give access to. You will also need to assign them a role; employee access will let them see your ad results, while admin access will let them make changes such as editing billing information and managing roles. Once you have assigned a role, click on ‘Next.’ Finally, select the specific assets you want them to have access to, then click on ‘Invite.’ The person will receive an invite to join your Facebook Ads Manager and, once they accept it, they can start accessing whatever features and information you’ve given them permission to see.
